Royal Canadian Legion District 6 Lakeshore proudly brings together nine branches serving Veterans, their families and communities throughout the Lakeshore and western Montreal region.
District 6 serves as a problem-solving partner, motivator, source of inspiration and vital communication link among our branches. We listen to their concerns, help identify practical solutions, encourage collaboration and create opportunities for branches to share their knowledge, successes and best practices.
Our purpose is to strengthen every branch within the District. By working together, communicating openly and supporting one another, we help advance the ultimate mission of the Royal Canadian Legion: serving and advocating for Veterans and their families, promoting Remembrance and making a positive difference in our communities.
District leadership also represents the interests and concerns of our branches at Quebec Provincial Command, contributes to important Legion discussions and decisions, and ensures that information, policies and changes are communicated clearly to every branch in the District.
Together, we are building a stronger, more connected and more successful District 6.
